Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We hand make each item to order and require 3-5 business days to produce and ship your items.

 

Custom orders and special orders may require 1-2 weeks. Rush processing may be available for an extra fee. Contact us with your special order needs to see how we can best accommodate you!

Any shipping times are estimates only and we are not responsible for carrier delays or losses. Should losses or damages occur, we are happy to offer replacements once the claim has been approved by the carrier.

Return &
Exchange Policy

Due to the coronavirus and the nature of our products, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges at this time. However, if your products arrive damaged or broken, please email photos of the damages (including the shipping box and packaging) to waxcanvasco@gmail.com within 5 days of receipt and we will issue you a replacement as soon as your damages claim is approved with the carrier. You must retain all parts of your shipment (damaged items, packing materials, shipping box, label, etc.) should the postal service require inspection of the damages. We will happily walk you through the process!
